SPECIAL SESSIONS
SPECIAL SESSION SUBMISSION
Each special session proposal must include:
- title of the session
- length of the session (half day, full day)
- names, addresses, and a short biography of the organizers
- a contact for the organizers
Proposals must be submitted to the Conference Chairs.
Papers presented in the special sessions will be included in the Conference Proceedings.
Therefore, each paper should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 4 pages.
The A4 page format should be used.
Standard IEEE manuscript templates for conference proceedings should be used and can be found here.
