Prospective authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished technical papers for presentation in the conference sections and for publication in the COMM 2018 Conference Proceedings.
The best student paper will be awarded. The selection criteria can be downloaded here.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
